The Culinary Institute LENOTRE is offering $2,000 High School Scholarships in 2026-2027 to high school students interested in its Cuisine, Pastry, Culinary Arts Diploma programs, Associate of Applied Science or Bachelor of Science Degrees.

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

This Culinary Competition Scholarship must be submitted in the candidate’s junior or senior year before their high school graduation date.
Complete, sign & return the scholarship application form (bottom) before your high school graduation date.
Write a 200-word essay describing your goals & motivations for learning culinary arts and attending Culinary Institute Lenotre.
Submit your favorite recipe. The recipe should include: (a) a list and quantity of ingredients, (b) preparation instructions, (c) estimated preparation time, (d) equipment and tools needed, (e) serving quantity.
- Note: the recipe must contain egg(s) and must be enough for 3 judges to taste.

COMPETITION GUIDELINES

Before graduating from high school, the application (below) form should be completed and returned by June 26th, 2026.
The test will be held at Culinary Institute LENOTRE on July 17th, 2026, from 10 am-12 pm. (SUBJECT TO CHANGE)
During the test, students should wear a long-sleeved shirt or Chef Coat, pants, and non-slip shoes.
Students must also supply all ingredients and tools (e.g., knives, pans, measuring cups, utensils, etc.)
Winners of the test will be notified on the same day as the test.

This $2,000 Scholarship can be packaged with other Financial Aid for which you may qualify.
